iAccess VISITAinCLOUD is an advanced Cloud software, specifically designed to help Public or Private Companies, in the management of Visits / Reservations at their facilities, by Customers, Suppliers, Drivers and Visitors in general.

Managing reservations has never been easier.

It will be possible to book from any device connected to the internet, storing the commitments in your personal Cloud space. VISITAinCLOUD allows your customers to book whenever they want, directly from the dedicated web page.

From the portal it will be possible to view all the appointments and manage them easily. The paper diary will no longer be necessary, but a simple device connected to the internet will suffice.
Through notifications, simple reminders will be sent, reminding the customer of the booked appointment.
