The Service lasts 1 hour and can be used for a period of 12 months after its activation.

The telephone assistance service is managed by our specialised technicians and is carried out remotely. 

First installation and configuration of the time recording:

  • LAN connection or stand-alone operation,
  • insertion of users, passwords, biometric fingerprints and RFID cards, 
  • management software installation and updating on Windows computers, 
  • configuration of the software for data import via LAN or USB.
