Electronic Time and Attendance marking devices for companies
Time and attendance systems (TNA) are used to record and monitor when employees start and stop their work.
A time and attendance system enables an employer to monitor their staff early departures, breaks and absence too. It also helps to control labor costs by reducing over-payments, which are often caused by paying employees for time that are not working, and eliminates transcription error, interpretation error and intentional error.
TNA systems can also be used to ensure compliance with labor regulations regarding proof of attendance.
There are several methods of marking, from the simplest RFID badges, magnetic cards or passwords, to the most processed fingerprints, palm veins, face recognition, DNA, palm print, hand geometry, iris recognition, retina and odour/scent.
These devices replace the old electromechanical marking terminals, which could be damaged to the mechanical parts, and therefore required periodic maintenance. While today's time and attendance devices don't require any maintenance because they don't have externaly moving parts.

The informations can be viewed through the Time Studio management software.
The data of clocking devices can be extracted from the terminal using the appropriate LAN network cable, via WiFi, or via a simple USB pen drive (USB stick), and then proceed to download the data.
